Toshiba Energy And Environmental Programme At Leap 3 School

On Friday, 31 August 2018, Toshiba Africa team headed to Alexander based school Leap 3 Science and Maths School. Toshiba Africa Team conducted an Energy Lecture which was not just aimed at informing the students about Power Generation but also environmental sustainability. The lecture consisted of a number of interactive activities where by students got the opportunity to form groups and participate in solar, hydro, wind, and thermal power generation experiments with the assistance of the Toshiba Africa team. Also students learnt environmental issues around power generation and discussed about various energy mix scenarios. Not only does Toshiba Africa (Pty) Ltd donate to Leap Science and Math School, they also encourage the making of science fun through these interactive energy masterclasses.
